A team of unconventional multi-functional leaders and Managers and multi-discipline individuals who value integrity, credibility, and honesty, is us. So, in terms of and beyond the IQ and EQ, we do either go more for DQ (Decency Quotient), Over the course and throughout our careers, whether we have worked in Sales, Business Development, Project and Portfolio Management, and recently in C-Level and CXO positions in outstanding firms as a positive self-starter and proactive "Revenue Generator", we do first define the cornerstones and then take the necessary steps to achieve those milestones in line with corporate strategies, visions, and missions. Personally, relying on my well-developed technical analytical and problem-solving skills, I think positively and can tackle and overcome difficult tasks. I can independently find the best ways to solve problems and consistently exceed the markers and benchmarks, let's say "driven to excellence". Adequately skilled in “Behavioral and Technical Competencies" (such as Knowledge, abilities, and skills) along with the crystallization of “Intrinsic Value”, are significantly in line with my ENTJ / ESTJ type and personality. All of my team is articulate and possess marked communication skills such that we can explain complex technical information effectively and concisely. Possessing significant acumen, and a business intelligence results-oriented nature, we can well assess the impact of a particular policy and strategic management on the effectiveness and improvement of the business performance. Having a stepwise growth in positions and hierarchy organization levels during my 20+ years of experience in international levels and also the same similar practice for my team individuals, caused us to do our best during each activity and mission to create a structure consistent with "precise planning", "regular organization", "subtle and dedicated leadership" and finally "control based on timely corrective actions and performance improvements" to achieve maximum success in each one of the pillars of time, cost and quality in the project optimal range. We are trying hard to map our methodologies on “Focused Management” instead of “Time Management” relying on agility, resilience, and sustainable development pillars.
